Quilting is my passion. The ability to be creative with colorful fabric just makes me smile. Of course, equally joyful is the love of my grandchildren. What could be better?

My excuse for not posting for so long is "life". Lots of things going on, but no one big thing to post about. Took a quick round ...

I am going to put myself out there for ridicule, but remember, this is my first attempt AND it is all one-handed as my arm is still broken...
It always feels worse when it happens with the last one.
ReplyDeleteUgh. Yes. I Hate when that happens!
ReplyDeleteUh oh!!!!
ReplyDeleteOH NO ! Fortunately this has not happened to me yet
ReplyDeleteI have to say no to this one, but I had a quilt with 100 blocks, all scrappy, but about 5 were repeated prints, one being chrome yellow and navy. Blocks were on point, got it sewn in two halves, put the two together and yes, the two yellow blocks were side by side. Out of 100 blocks, how does that happen???Grrrrr. I said they were going to stay there, but 2 days later, I was un sewing the centers and moving one to an outer edge.
ReplyDeleteYes I have done that more than once too. I then remind myself to pay more attention to what I'm doing.
