One commissioned quilt down.....

Out of the two commissioned quilts that I took on, the first one got completed last night.

This is a modern half square triangle quilt .  It is quilted with the custom straight line stitching at about 1" increments.

The top consists of a scattering of blush and navy half square triangles with the remaining ones in the cream/tan family.

The backing is a beautiful blush feather design by Hawthorne Supply. The thread was a pale blush to match the backing and the blush half square triangles on the top.

This quilt is going to a baby girl who will hopefully enjoy this one for years to come.

Now to get busy on the next commissioned quilt.
