Quilting is my passion. The ability to be creative with colorful fabric just makes me smile. Of course, equally joyful is the love of my grandchildren. What could be better?
Food for thought.
Memory is a wonderful treasure chest for those who know how to pack it.

Is that your final answer?
Well, maybe not my "final answer", but my "final decision". These blocks were laid out on the floor for a few days and everytime I passed them, I rearranged a few. So tonight I thought enough was enough and I sewed them all together.
Now I just need to find a great backing and it will be ready for the quilter.
Next project is to get #7 block of the Beyond the Cherry Trees started. So....happy quilting!
I am known as Mimi by my four grandsons. They are 13, 11, 8 and 4 years old. They are what life is all about. I recently retired from my office job. Now I am just loving being a grandma who loves to quilt and is once again dabbling in knitting, I am a longarmer and an APQS retailer. I can see retirement being very busy!
